Special adviser on projects to Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River, Mr Friday Aruku Udey on Friday barred seven journalists from accessing the ongoing construction site of the  state rice mill in Ogoja Local Government Area

The journalists had embarked on a fact-finding tour of ongoing projects in the state as part of their investigative duty.
