Paul Adah Should Complete North Four Years - APC Elders Chairman

The governorship aspiration of Rt. Hon. Paul Adah has received a huge boost as the Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) Elders Forum, Ntufam Dr. David Okon has urged Cross Riverians to support him to complete Gov Ben Ayade's remaining four years.

Dr. Okon said this over the weekend when he hosted Hon. Adah and other leaders of the party in his Calabar residence for a breakfast meeting.

The APC Chieftain said that for equity, the northern senatorial district of the state should be allowed to do eight years like others zones before power returns to the south where he comes from.

He maintained that Hon. Adah, a former NDDC Commissioner is the right person to takeover from Ayade because of his commitment to doing only four years to allow power rotate back to south.

Earlier, Adah solicited support from the APC leaders pledging that if elected Governor, he will respect the existing zoning formula in the state to allow south takeover from him after four years.

The former reps member added that his aspiration was borne out of a desire to rescue the state from the "mess brought by Gov. Ayade's administration".
