Wife of the Late lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Stephen Ukpukpen, representing Obudu state constituency, Abbey Ukpukpen has emerged as a surprised candidate of the People's Democratic Party, PDP for the August 11 bye-election.
Mrs. Ukpukpen will be challenging APC candidate, Ada Ishamali to replace her late husband.
She emerged unopposed as she was said to be the anointed candidate of the Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade.
