BREAKING : CRUTECH Alumni President Emerges PENGASSAN Vice Chairman

Comrade Eyam Abeng, CRUTECH Alumni President and Vice Chairman, PENGASSAN, Lagos Zone

National President of Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) Alumni Association, Comrade Eyam Abeng has been elected as the Vice Chairman of Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGAASSAN, Lagos Zone.

Onovae Simon was elected Chairman in the election which held at Salma Hospitality Hotel, Ibadan, Oyo State 

on Tuesday, July 28th during the 6th Triennial Delegates Conference.

Abeng defeated his opponent, Austin Ikwunshi who scored 24 votes with a total of 55 votes to emerge winner. Two votes were declared invalid while the total accredited delegates for the election was 81.

The zone is overseeing six states which include Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ekiti and Kwara States.

Other zonal executives elected at the conference include, Owan David as Secretary, Ebuesuwa Segun, Assistant Secretary, Usman Umar, Treasurer and Momoh Tairu as Financial Secretary.

Musa Leroy was declared winner for the officer of Industrial Relations Officer, Adeyinka Tunpe emerged as Public Relations Officer, Chinyelu Onuosu as Wip and Adams Stephen was elected as Auditor.

The executives were inaugurated today to serve for initial tenure of three years.

Abeng has previously served as Assistant Secretary between 2015 to 2018 and was elected as Industrial Relations Officer in 2018 all in NAPIMS branch.
