Just IN : Supreme Court Sacks Odey, Declares Jarigbe C'River North Senator-Elect

Cross River North Senator - Elect, Rt. Hon Jarigbe Agom 

The Supreme Court today settled the legal battle on the authentic candidate of the People's Democratic Party, PDP in the recently held Cross River North Senatorial by-election is between Senator Steven Odey and Rt. Hon Jarigbe Agom. 

The court in a ruling in Abuja, sacked Senator Steven Odey and declared Rt. Hon. Jarigbe Agom, member representing Ogoja /Yala federal constituency as the authentic candidate of PDP and winner of the by-election.
