Presidential Visit: Ndoma-Egba Commends Osinbajo

The Chairman of the Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba has commended the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo on his recent visit to Cross River State.

Ndoma-Egba in a statement said that the visit will further bring about lasting peace in the state and the region as it has brought governance closer to the people.

According to the statement, "On behalf of the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, I heartily commend the Acting President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Prof. Yemi Osinbajo GCON, SAN on his recent visit to Cross River State to hold a Town Hall meeting as part of the ongoing steps by the Federal Government to interface with leaders and stakeholders in the Region through dialogue geared towards bringing lasting peace and development, and also to participate in the SMSE clinic.

This visit is a testament to the commitment of the Buhari-led administration to bring governance to the doorstep of the citizenry by developing every part of the country irrespective of political affiliation and religious inclination.

I therefore urge the good people of Cross River State and the Niger Delta Region to give the Federal Government unwavering support as they continue in renewed determination to make life meaningful and ultimately transform the Region for good".
