NGO Honours C'River Peace Corps Commandant With Latest Hyundai Car

A Nongovernmental Organization (NGO), YourTimePays, over the weekend honoured Cross River State Peace Corps Commandant, Patriots Okweche Dominic with the newest Hyundai Sonata Car.

The car which was presented to him at the Ambassador's Resort in Ogoli-Otukpo in Benue State during the end of the year party of Peace Corps was in recognition of his enormous contributions to youths developments in the country.

Presenting the gift on behalf of the NGO,  the deputy Governor of the State, Engr. Abounu Benson commended the doggedness and commitment of the Corps to peace and stability of Nigeria.

Engr. Abounu congratulated the Commander adding that the recognition should be a wake up call for him to do more for the development of the youths as they are the trustees of every nation.

Reacting, the Commandant thanked the organization and its national Commandant, 1Ambassador Akoh Dickson for creating the platform for him to touch lives even as he promised that the recognition will spur him to do more.

According to him "With all sense of humility and my continuous burning desire to  serve my dear people, I want to sincerely thank the National Commandant of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, Ambassador Dickson Akoh for providing me the platform which earned me this recognition.

Many thanks to my family members and friends who stood by me during our difficult moments. Indeed, our time, when put into something productive really pays and this will motivate us to do more. God bless you all".
