CRUTECH Don Hails Prof. Akpagu's Humility, Respect

A lecturer in the department of Mechanical Engineering, Cross River University of Technology, CRUTECH, Engr. Stephen Takim has hailed the humble nature of Prof. Zana Akpagu, Vice Chancellor of University of Calabar.

Engr. Takim who took to his Facebook page, "Steve Takim" to express his admiration for the VC said that humility and respect are two things that cannot be taken away from him despite the accolades attached to him.

He revealed that the VC demonstrated this recently when he offered to serve guests at the birthday ceremony of Prof. Iheanacho.

He added that Prof. Akpagu's humble nature knows no bound as he respects everybody regardless the age or social status.

According to him, "Prof. Zana Akpagu, Vc of Unical, Prof Ihenacho and my humble self have come along way more than a decade in our club. 

Prof Akpagu is today the VC of Unical, with all the accolades attached to him, one thing you can not take away from him is humility and respect no matter your age or status.

As you can see (refering to the picture attached to the post) it was the VC himself that was serving us today in Prof Ihenacho house when great brains in academic met to celebrate one of our own.

Several commentators amplified Takim's position with different positive remarks about the VC.

Maurin Adeh said "O yes! He is an epitome  of humility  and simplicity to the core. God bless him more".

According to Anthonia Adie, "He understand life, and see reasons  to help others grow. You have really put smiles in people faces. In all, I'm strongly behind you in prayer, God watch over you and  bless you more".

A lecturer in the department of Mass Communication and Digital Media, Unical, Mr. Kalita Joe Aruku said that "Prof. Zana is a great leader we should all emulate".
