Cross River State Governor, Sen Ben Ayade has said that his victory in the March 9 governorship election was a victory for all Cross Riverians because it goes beyond party lines.
Ayade through his official Twitter handle @SenatorBenayade thanked all Cross Riverians for the overwhelming support in the polls.
He promised that his second term will consolidate on the gains of his first tenure.
According to him, "I want to thank Cross Riverians, particularly the PDP family. Its a victory for all Cross Riverians and it goes beyond party lines.
Consolidating on the gains of my first term, the deep seaport, superhighway will take centre stage with a significant increase on (SPV) projects"
Your Excellency, congratulations on your victory at the just concluded polls. I am happy to say that being who you are, you are appreciating every Cross Riverian who went to exercise his or her franchise to vote you for another 4-year term.
ReplyDeleteAs you consolidate on the gains of your first term of office, remember that the impoverished Cross Riverian needs your support to survive. Remember the little kids who still stay under the shade of a Mango tree to study. I see among them great States men and women who will make history, whose future is bright and no one can stop them. History will teach that those ones most times rise from the dunghill to a place of prominence. Remember those you employed and for several months now, they don't know that a worker receives salary at the end of every month. Remember those on the other side of the divide, who do not have a future because of the exigencies of the time. Break the jinx of party line like you said and build a future for every Cross Riverian.
I wish you a prosperous second tenure filled with fun and exploits. It is now that you can inscribe your name on a Canvass permanently. Posterity will hold you liable if you fail but if you succeed, your name will become a signature and a standing legacy. Congratulations once again
