(UNICAL), Prof. Zana Akpagu has appointed the immediate past Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. James Epoke as

public institutions in the South-South Geopolitical zone of the country.
According to the letter, Prof. Epoke will be responsible
to the Vice Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the centre and
liaise with the Registrar to post the number and categories of relevant support
