Unical VC felicitates with Jedy @62

Honourable Minister of State, Power, Prince Goddy Jedy Agba

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar (Unical) and front line APC Senatorial Aspirant in the forthcoming Cross River North bye-election, Prof. Zana Akpagu has felicitated with the Honorable Minister of State, Power, Prince Goddy Jedy Agba, OFR as he marks his 62nd birthday today, August 20, 2020.

Akpagu in his goodwill message to the Minister noted his outstanding achievements both in public and his private business, saying that he is a role model to many.

He highlighted the enormous efforts of the Minister since assuming office in addressing the rural electrification challenges in the country even as he prayed God to continue to grant him good health, long life and more prosperity.

"I want to congratulate my brother, the Honourable Minister of State, Power, Prince Goddy Jedy Agba, OFR, on his 62nd birthday. Both of us have come a long way from childhood and I can say that his commitment to positive change and enthusiasm to better the lots of people around him is unmatched.

"Just in about one year as Minister, he has put up solid foundation in addressing the challenges of rural electrification in Nigeria. They're many other things he's doing underground that many people don't know because he's usually not a loud person. 

"I wish him all the best, long life and greater opportunities to continue to contribute positively towards the development of Cross River North, Cross River State and Nigeria at large".

Akpagu also lauded the Minister for his role in restoring peace in Cross River State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
