DG Felicitates with Aisha Buhari on award by South Korea University

The Director General of the National Centre for Women Development (NCWD), Mrs. Mary Ekpere-Eta Esq has felicitated with the wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari on her conferment with a Doctorate in Humanity (Honoris Causa) by Sun Moon University, Asan, South Korea.

Ekpere-Eta in a statement said the award was well deserved as the President's wife has silently changing the lives of many in the society.

She urged Mrs. Buhari to be further inspired by the award to continue in her good works.

According to her, "I heartily felicitate with the wife of the President, Her Excellency, Hajiya Aisha Buhari on her conferment with a Doctorate in Humanity (Honoris Causa) by Sun Moon University, Asan.

"I join many Nigerian women, who declare with joy and appreciation, that you are deserving of this honor, as you have silently served the less privileged in society, changing lives for the better.

Like earlier awards such as the UNICEF Legend for Children Award spurred you to work even harder for the upliftment of the down trodden, I pray that the honorary Doctorate you received today will strengthen and further inspire you to do more for Nigerian women and children".

She added that "On behalf of the women of Nigeria, whom you have greatly supported to serve and speak for, at the National Centre for Women Development (NCWD), I say congratulations Your Excellency. May you always have reasons to celebrate".
