Ex-Lawmaker congratulates Ayade, hails Ivara's prompt intervention in Erei crisis

A former Councilor in Biase local government area of Cross River State, Hon. Ekuma Ngwu has congratulated Governor Ben Ayade and the People's Democratic Party, PDP for the success in the recently held governorship and state house of assembly elections.

Ekuma who is also the Director General of David and Goliath Campaign Organization stated this while addressing members of the organization during a victory rally in Akpet Central, Biase local government.

The former Lawmaker maintained that Governor Ayade's reelection was a demonstration that  Cross Riverians appreciate his industrialization drive.

He also extended his goodwill to Rt. Hon. Daniel Asuquo (Dasuki), Hon Ogbor Ogbor Udop  and other PDP candidates who emerged victorious in the last general elections.

He hailed the state deputy Governor, Prof. Ivara Esu for what he described as his prompt response to the crisis rocking the Erei communities in Biase.

"I want to heartily congratulate our amiable digital and proative Governor, His Excellency, Sen (Prof) Ben Ayade, His Deputy, Prof Ivara Esu, Rt. Hon. Daniel Asuquo, Hon Ogbor Ogbor Udop as well as other PDP candidates on their well deserved victories at the just concluded elections in Cross River State and the  subsequent issuance of Certificate of Returns by  INEC.

"I also want to use this opportunity to specifically thank the Deputy Governor, His ExcelProf Ivara Esu and the Biase PDP Chapter Chairman; Hon Austin Aidam for their quick intervention in the crisis rocking Erei Communities. I appeal that they sustain their good works to restore lasting peace in the area", he said.

He commended his teeming supporters and party loyalists for always believing in the PDP as the only party with capacity to deliver dividends of democracy to the people, assuring them that the Umbrella will continue to provide succor  at all times.
