Abia 2027: Chidiebere Expresses Confidence in APC Victory After Meeting Senator OUK

Hon. Chidiebere Uwagwu Kalu, an APC stakeholder from Nmiri Abali in Ohafia LGA, on Friday paid a courtesy visit to the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.

Speaking during the visit, Uwagwu praised Senator Kalu for what he described as effective and quality representation of the people of Abia North. He said the Senator has continued to demonstrate strong leadership and commitment to the development of the senatorial district.

The former commissioner also disclosed that he held a private meeting with Senator Kalu on issues concerning the Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, stressing the need for sustained political engagement and development in the area.

Uwagwu further commended Senator Kalu for his role in fostering unity within the All Progressives Congress in Abia State. He particularly applauded the Senator’s collaboration with his younger brother, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, saying both leaders have worked closely to strengthen the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.

According to him, the unity currently being witnessed within the Abia APC is unprecedented since the creation of the state chapter of the party.

“This level of unity and purposeful collaboration is the first of its kind since the creation of the Abia APC. It gives hope that all APC candidates will emerge victorious in the 2027 elections,” Uwagwu said.
